Obama Administration Criminalizes Christianity in the Military

Religious Freedom

In a stunning attack on the speech rights and free religious exercise of U.S. soldiers, the Obama administration has released a statement confirming the unthinkable: Any soldier who professes Christianity can now be court-martialed and may face imprisonment and a dishonorable discharge from the military.

The statement released to Fox News earlier today:

Religious proselytization is not permitted within the Department of Defense…Court martials and non-judicial punishments are decided on a case-by-case basis…

This statement follows a recent meeting between Pentagon officials and fanatical anti-Christian activist Mikey Weinstein, who helped design the new punishments for Christians who dare to commit the hate crime of sharing their faith with others.

Breitbart.com adds:

Weinstein is the head of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation, and says Christians–including chaplains–sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ in the military are guilty of ‘treason,’ and of committing an act of ‘spiritual rape’ as serious a crime as ‘sexual assault.’ He also asserted that Christians sharing their faith in the military are ‘enemies of the Constitution.’

  1. If this is true, there are enough Christians in The United States of America to have President Obama impeached. We are One Nation Under God!!!!!!

  2. ^^you are a dumb ass. “under god” wasn’t added until around 1956, I am an atheist and honestly I don’t feel ppl should be punished for their beliefs. but at the same time I feel that your faith can be kept to yourself. idc about hearing about your nonexistent god. just fucking keep it to yourself, totally not that hard. I don’t go blabbing to everybody about Atheism, trying to convert ppl and whatnot, you can have your “faith” just dont run it down ppls throats like a douche bag.

  3. Quit fooling yourself, Deborah. “Christians” voted this man into office! Our nation refused to stand up for God, now God will refuse to stand up for our nation. We are about to get the judgement we deserve.

“While the Electoral College ultimately decides presidential elections, it appears that Obama’s margin in the popular vote was about 3 million votes. However, the number of self-described “evangelicals” who voted for Obama was around 6.4 million. You can do your own math.”

  4. What is funny is people want us Christians to keep our faith to ourselves but the people go around smearing homosexuality in our faces and basically tell us to deal with it and keep our mouths shut. Another thing is people like me don’t shove anything down anyone’s throat. One day, presumably soon, you will regret uttering those words “nonexistent god”. That in no way makes me happy though, it’s really sad. I wish the veil would lifted from your spiritual eyes so you could see. Eternal is a very long time to be wrong and without any of His goodness where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

  5. @ Nate..right. The sad thing is these “evangelicals” are in no way following the Way,and a lot of these “Christians” believe that Obama is a Christian. It is amazing how people can be so easily fooled. He stands against many many foundational Christian values. Example: Abortion. And there is many more.
