Man Has Chip Implanted in Hand That Stores Info For Smartphone

Screen-Shot-2012-08-12-at-11.15.35-PM

From cartoon characters to celebrities faces and misspelled sayings, there are some strange tattoos out there. But one man may have made it to the top of the list.

Artist Anthony Antonellis barely winced as a Brooklyn body modification specialist cut open the skin between his thumb and index finger with a 0.75 inch blade and inserted a small RFID chip.

The RFID chip is the size of a grain of sand and was encased inside of a glass capsule before being placed under Antonellis’ flesh.

“I Eternal Sunshine‘d that entire hour of my life,” Antonellis told Animal New York who filmed the procedure.

So why did Antonellis go through 30 minutes of pain to have a chip inserted in his hand that is completely invisible from the outside?

The chip stores 1KB of data and contains information for a GIF that is readable by cell phone.

“Think of it as a changeable, digital net art tattoo vs. fixed information,” Antonellis said.

The GIF is of pixelated rainbow colors and appears on screen when a compatible smartphone is held two centimeters from the chip.

New Microchip Can Mimic How a Human Brain Thinks

First-Brain-Like-Cognitive-Computing-Chip-by-IBM1

Researchers from the University of Zurich, have created neuromorphic chips that can mimic the way a human brain will process information in real-time.

With the assistance of an artificial sensory processing system, these chips are able to display cognitive abilities.

Giacomo Indiveri, professor at the Institute of Neuroinformatics (INI), of the University of Zurich and ETH Zurich, explained that the goal of the team was to “emulate the properties of biological neurons and synapses directly on microchips.”

With the creation of artificial neuromorphic neurons that can perform specified tasks, the researchers are able to further advancement toward a complex sensorimotor that can complete tasks in real-time.

Shockingly, behavior can be replicated by input formulated in a finite-state machine that could be transferred into neuromorphic hardware.

Indiveri stated: “The network connectivity patterns closely resemble structures that are also found in mammalian brains.”

Researchers at the University of Berkley have suggested implanting mind-reading “neural dust” into human brains to facilitate connectivity of man to machine.

If this dust were sprinkled onto a human brain, it could form an “implantable neural interface system that remains viable for a lifetime.”

This dust would consist of particles no more than 100 micrometers across that would be millions of sensors capable of measuring electrical activity in neutrons within the brain.

According to the paper, these sensors could be attached to the “tips of fine wire arrays” that could be inserted directly into brain tissue.

This would enable a human brain – machine interface and create a mechanical “telepathy”.

Another way scientists are endeavoring to connect man to machine is through the use of newly developed stretchy conductive material that could be attached to electrode implants to the brain or pacemakers.

This gold-crafted nanoparticle invention is an elastic polymer that can be stretched to four times its original length.

Nicholas Kotov, chemical engineer at the University of Michigan (UoM) explains that “it looks like elastic gold. But we can stretch it just like a rubber band. And when you release the stress, they pretty much come back to their original position.”

Kotov claims that this invention “can alleviate a lot of diseases-for instance, severe depression, Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease. They can serve as a part of artificial limbs and other prosthetic devices controlled by brain.”

The Royal Society, in conjunction with Academy of Medical Sciences,British Academy and Royal Academy of Engineering came together this month to discuss the potentials, opportunities and challenges of the melding of man with machine (i.e. transhumanism) under the guise of augmentation technologies.

At the Human Enhancement and the Future of Work conference, and further expanded upon in their published report, explains how science and ethics are coming into conflict as technology promises to replace the faulty human body with an eternal, mechanical replacement.

These transhumanists define human enhancement as everything that “encompasses a range of approaches that may be used to improve aspects of human function (e.g. memory, hearing, mobility). This may either be for the purpose of restoring an impaired function to previous or average levels, or to raise function to a level considered to be ‘beyond the norm’ for humans.” Many transhumanist groups can be found throughout the world, such as the UK Transhumanist Association who believes that scientific research must be applied to answer questions of the human condition and bring substantial benefit to society. The Oxford Transhumanists promote “radical life extension, artificial intelligence, cognitive enhancement, existential risks and mind – uploading.”

The Future of Humanity Institute at the University of Oxford endeavors to answer the “big – picture questions about humanity and its prospects.”

These transhumanists favor the Singularity Summit, an annual extension of the Singularity Institute wherein robotics, artificial intelligence, brain – computer interfacing and [various] emerging technologies” into genetics and regenerative medicine are examined under the perspective of transhumanism.

The transhumanists at the 2045 Program assert that humanity “is in need of a new evolutionary strategy” consisting of a balance between the complexity of technological advances and the acceleration of informational processes to expand the “limited, primitive human” into a “highly self-organized” and technologically “higher intelligence”.

Technology can organize society and integrate unification of a super collective consciousness – a superbeing.

By doing away with individuality, the conclusion is the elimination of:

• Lack of consumer provisions
• Aging, illness and death
• Crime and conflicts
• Natural disasters and catastrophes

The concept of the neo-human and neo-humanity is the replacement for a post-industrial capitalist and consumer-based society where a new form of civilization will emerge.

India Implements First Biometric ID Program For All of Its Residents

Cashless society ? Over the past few months, I have written several articles dealing with the coming cashless society and the developing technological control grid. I also have written about the surge of government attempts to gain access to and force the use of biometric data for the purposes of identification, tracking, tracing, and surveillance.

Unfortunately, the reactions I receive from the general public are almost always the same. While some recognize the danger, most simply deny that governments have the capability or even the desire to create a system in which the population is constantly monitored by virtue of their most private and even biological information. Others, either gripped by apathy or ignorance, cannot believe that the gadgets given to them from the massive tech corporations are designed for anything other than their entertainment and enjoyment.
However, current events in India should serve not just as a warning, but also as a foreshadowing of the events to come in the Western world, specifically the United States.
Recently, India has launched a nationwide program involving the allocation of a Unique Identification Number (UID) to every single one of its 1.2 billion residents. Each of the numbers will be tied to the biometric data of the recipient using three different forms of information – fingerprints, iris scans, and pictures of the face. All ten digits of the hand will be recorded, and both eyes will be scanned.
The project will be directed by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) under the premise of preventing identity theft and social welfare fraud. India has rather extensive social welfare and safety net programs, ranging from medical support and heating assistance to others aimed at helping the poor. Fraud is a rampant problem in India, especially in relation to these programs due to a preponderance of corrupt politicians and bureaucrats who often stuff welfare rolls with fake names and take the money for themselves.
Yet, although the justification for the billion person database is the increased ability to accurately disperse social welfare benefits, it will not be just the Indian government’s social welfare programs that have access to and utilize the UIDAI. Indeed, even before the program has been completed, major banks, state/local governments, and other institutions are planning to use the UIDAI for identification verification purposes and, of course, payment  and accessibility.
Yet the UID is going to be used for much more than social welfare programs. The UIDAI is in discussion with many institutions (banks, local/state governments, etc.) to allow them to use the UID as a means of identity verification. These institutions will pay the UIDAI some fee to cover costs and generate revenue. There seems to be little doubt that once it is established, the UID will become a preferred method (if not the preferred method) of identification in India.
Saenz also sees the eventuality of the UIDAI program becoming a means of payment and accessibility. He continues:
Ultimately, I wouldn’t be surprised if the UID, with its biometric data, could be used as a means of payment (when linked to a bank account), or as an access key to homes and cars. Purchase a meal with your fingerprint and unlock your door with the twinkle in your eye. Similar results could be expected in other nations that adopted biometric identification systems.
Saenz, and other proponents of the UID (UIDAI), have been diligent in pointing out that the program “is just a number, not an ID card.” However, this claim is debatable. Saenz himself admits that State issued driver’s licenses and identification cards will reference the UID information.
The question then becomes how much of that information will be referenced, and how that will be accomplished? Will the information be included on the card? Will only part of the information be included on the card? Or will the card reference back to the digital UID information to be then reconciled with the information that is present on the card? Although the UID is obviously going to be utilized by other institutions outside of the social welfare programs, no answers to these questions have been provided.
But, in the end, does it really matter if the information is collated into an ID card format if the government already has access to that information digitally? More than likely, a national ID card will appear as a supplement to the database already created by UID.  Regardless, the private biometric information has still been taken from the individual. The database is still there.
Indeed, government “officials” have already stated that the database will be used by intelligence agencies for the purpose of monitoring “bank transactions, cellphone purchases and the movements of individuals and groups suspected of fomenting terrorism.” This will be very easy to do since the UID number will be entered anytime an individual “accesses services from government departments, driver’s license offices and hospitals, as well as insurance, telecom, and banking companies.”
Nevertheless, proponents have also touted the fact that, at this point, the UID program is optional. But the program will obviously not be optional for very long. As I have discussed in previous articles, the introduction of a program such as a national ID card, biometric data, or cashless payment technologies is always followed by the program becoming mandatory. The ultimate goal of an all-encompassing cashless surveillance program with no opt-out provisions is always introduced by stealth and the Gradualist Technique.
At first, the program is introduced as a way to speed up transactions, increase efficiency, and provide convenience. Soon, however, governments and businesses begin to transition out of the older methods of payment and identification and focus more on the new technology. Identification using the traditional methods remain as an option, but become viewed as cumbersome. Eventually, the alternative methods are phased out completely and mandates replace what was once a personal choice.
As soon as Indian banks, businesses, and government social service offices begin to require identification using the UID, the ability to remain off the system and lead what passes for a normal life will disappear.
This is exactly the intention with India’s new biometric ID program. In fact, the cashless society is a stated goal of the UID program. CEO of MindTree’s IT Services, the company that was awarded the government contract for development and maintenance of the UID, explained in an interview with ComputerWeekly that the “ID scheme will support a cashless society. He said all vendors will have a biometric reader and citizens can pay for things with a fingerprint scan. Even a bag of rice.”

Will Obamacare Mandate RFID Implants/Mark of the Beast?

Authorization and submission to the Beast system will be required for all transactions in the future envisioned by our would-be enslavers.

We saw this creepy scrawl on the sidewalk recently, warning that “Obamacare has a microchip for all Americans.”

Obama has a microchip for all Americans

Is it true?

It’s a scary and perhaps plausible scenario that would drastically concentrate further power into the hands of government, so I would in no way put it past the Washington crowd. But in this case, for once in a very long while, I’m with the debunkers in calling the claim a myth, though ObamaCare establishes many regrettable precedents and poses numerous threats of its own to privacy, due process and taxation without representation.

While I applaud those trying to warn about the very real threat of forcible RFID implants, the language referred to by many hailing the Mark of the Beast seems vague at best. Unless covertly administered through some other treatment, it would seem that an RFID would be the only thing more difficult to implement than ObamaCare itself.

On the other hand, an agenda is working towards the acceptance of tracking chips, that will in one form or another act as “biomarkers” that trace every meaningful action we take, and register a digital record of each event in a larger, increasingly centralized database.

Population control at its finest…

In earthly terms, the “Mark of the Beast” passage in Revelations seems indeed compellingly prescient and assuredly a useful tool that any would-be ruler of earth would attempt to implement. The era of rapidly advancing technology is sure to provoke numerous attempts to digitize collars and shackles – digitally or otherwise – and a to dismiss that such a threat exist in RFID is just too trusting to be compatible with freedom.

“He required everyone–small and great, rich and poor, free and slave–to be given a mark on the right hand or on the forehead. And no one could buy or sell anything without that mark, which was either the name of the beast or the number representing his name.” Revelation 13:16-17 (NLT)

Any number of new technologies are being applied to the management of data, with the intent to require all to adopt its usage.

As past attempts to make RFID chips trendy reveal, the elite more likely to attempt an enticing lure or compelling need to get a base compliance with tracking through gradual voluntary means. It was reported in 2004, for example, how a bar in Spain offered VIP status upon patrons willing to take an implantable RFID chip – both concept of incentive and sacrifice are in implied in CNN’s headline “The price to pay for VIP status.”

A DARPA researcher and now executive for both Google and Motorola Regina Dugan recently promoted some icky new proposals for this control – an electronic tattoo on the skin and a pill that, once swallowed, is powered biochemically and provides password authentication for online applications.

The elite Bilderberg crowd has recently illustrated the intent to track the activities of the general population at large. Just ahead of the 2012 meeting, EU Digital Agenda Commissioner Neelie Kroes announced her working proposal to create “a single authenticating ID” for all Internet users before meeting with top industrialists, government insiders and Silicon Valley technocrats.

This year, the 2013 Bilderberg meeting is officially discussing “How big data is changing almost everything,” a topic whose implications are enormous. Alex Karp, founder and CEO of CIA-funded Palantir Technologies, was invited presumably to share his expertise in large-scale big brother data surveillance and is actively engaged in formulating infowar attacks designed to target sovereign entities or rogue data-leaking groups like Wikileaks.

The term “big data” has been thrown around amidst news items about the NSA-Verizon phone records scandal, and President Obama’s casual endorsement for unwarranted spying that his predecessor set-up in the name of nabbing terrorists.

Let me count the ways – there are many other creepy examples of how big corporations and big government are literally conspiring to collect, process and analyze data to monitor individuals en totale. Perhaps these controlling technologies are coming to a head, and the possibility of RFID chips as one delivery vehicle is quite plausible.

However, it is equally likely a more sophisticated technology will replace its functions, and perhaps even be more accepted by the public. What remains clear is that government has proven it will not wait to seek permission to collect and use such data, so there is no reason to trust their intentions with the incredible and misplaced power of digital medicine, and no reason to assume its use will be disclosed.

Without a whistleblower, we may remain on the dark of how far this thing really goes.

CIA Partners With Amazon For Cloud Surveillance & RFID Locators

rsz-amazon-cia

Last week Amazon signed a contract to provide digital data on cloud computing and information on customers to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). For $600 million over 10 years, Amazon will spy on their customers for the federal government.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) has agreed to assist the CIA in building a “private cloud infrastructure” with data mining technologies to expand the CIA’s surveillance capabilities.

AWS provides software that will allow the user to “run virtually everything in the cloud: from enterprise applications and big data projects to social games and mobile apps.”

Amazon hopes to expand AWS apps into smartphones and androids.

Cloud computing is also under surveillance as every conversation is recording and filed. While Microsoft denies this is true, the adherence to their rules and regulations explains that all your personal information is stored within Skype. In section 2 of their user contract explains: “Our primary purpose in collecting information is to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Skype collects and uses, or has third party service providers acting on Skype’s behalf collecting and using, personal data relating to you, as permitted or necessary to . . .”

Last year, Broadcom introduced an RFID chip to be installed in “many models of [Google’s] Android phones” that could locate the user within a few centimeters, vertically and horizontally, indoors and out. . . In theory, the new chip can even determine what floor of a building you’re on, thanks to its ability to integrate information from the atmospheric pressure sensor.”

Apple, Google and Microsoft has been in the news recently for using software to track their user’s movements. They are knowingly storing data on their users that is used by law enforcement and given directly to the Department of Homeland Security for profiling purposes. ISPs have joined the bandwagon of corporations spying on their users for the sake of “protecting” intellectual properties. They collect, database and give information on web browser searches, emails, text messages, and phone call conversations.

Microsoft has been tracking users of the Windows phones since their inception. The device carries a unique ID which interacts with WiFi locations and GPS to know any person’s longitude and latitude. Customer privacy is not a concern of Microsoft. The locator utilizes locator information from nearby phones to ping back-and-forth to gain the most accurate coordinates of the person being tracked.

Last March, Android was outfitted with patented technology that utilizes ambient background noise of an individual’s environment to spy on them. The patent also describes using ‘temperature, humidity, light and air composition’ to produced targeted adverts.

The patent reads: “Information about an environmental condition of a remote device is received, the environmental condition being determined based on a signal output from a sensor of the remote device or a sensor coupled to the remote device. An advertisement is identified based on the environmental condition, and the advertisement is provided to the remote device.”

The Android phone could be engaged to use any combination of sensors, data points and advert to the user in media beyond the phone, such as internet searches and local billboards.

The use of the targeted advertising has been shown to combine surveillance and data mining of users by handing over private digital data to other entities that violate user privacy laws.

The use of RFID chip locating is not restricted to cell phones. The Vatican has begun using an RFIC chipped identification card issued to employees and clergy members.

Mainstream media suggests that the use of this type of surveillance is tied to the Vatileaks scandal to prevent another information leak.

This story asserts that the former Pop Benedict resigned because of a tie to a homosexual “underworld” perpetrated by the Vatican. In secrecy, Vatican officials were involved in engaging in homosexual acts throughout discreet locations in Rome.

The US Air Force (USAF) has contracted Locata to employ their non-GPS technology called Jigsaw Positioning System (JPS) which is slated will revolutionize locator-tracking abilities with the utilization of ground-based transmitters.

RPS uses radio-frequency to provide accurate location coordinates. In a study tracking athletes in and outdoors, experimentation with RPS technology has showed that there are errors in the accuracy because of static measurements taken in both out and indoors. Even with the errors in spacial recognition, the technology is still viable enough for the US Military to invest in.

According to the document entitled, “2010 Federal Radionavigation Plan” (FRP), the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Department of Transportation (DOT) will now rely on developments in RPS for future application. FRP will result in safer transportation, encourage commerce, and track individuals for the purposes of national defense.

The DoD and DOT will combine civil and military transportation for common-use to “eliminate duplication of services.” The use of GPS, and now RPS, will only serve the accuracy of the federal government with regard to military applications; even within civilian capacity.

Student to fight high school over mandatory microchip tracking

A high school student from the state of Texas will take legal action after being threatened with expulsion for refusing to wear a microchip-embedded identification card to class.

Sophomore Andrea Hernandez is likely to have her last day at John Jay High School in San Antonio, TX next week unless educators there revoke their promise of kicking her out on Monday, November 26. It’s only the latest episode in an ongoing war involving the mandatory surveillance of students, and it looks like it won’t be the last update given Hernandez’s plans to pursue a court order with the help of her attorneys.

Earlier this school year, all students at John Jay were asked to start wearing ID badges, each one equipped with a Radio Frequency Identification (“RFID”) chip so that teachers there can keep track of their whereabouts on campus. The school told parents that the “Jones attendance office staff will be able to manage attendance reporting more efficiently” by utilizing the cards, because “By reporting increased attendance to the state, Jones Middle School will be eligible for additional funding.” So far just one other school in Texas is employing similar rules in order to ideally bring in some more funding, but if the program is deemed a success, the ID cards could soon come to 112 schools in all and affect nearly 100,000 students.

Even if asking students to wear the badges proves beneficial for funding, parents and pupils alike are voicing issues with the now mandatory tracking. Hernandez went public with her claims earlier this semester and told Salon that being forced to comply was comparable with being branded with the “mark of the beast.” As a result of her refusal on basis of religious principles, she said she was being discriminated by school officials and even told she couldn’t participate in the election process for the John Jay homecoming king and queen because she didn’t want to wear her badge.

“I had a teacher tell me I would not be allowed to vote because I did not have the proper voter ID,” Hernandez told WND earlier this year. “I had my old student ID card which they originally told us would be good for the entire four years we were in school. He said I needed the new ID with the chip in order to vote.”

Hernandez’s arguments with the school board have continued since the semester started, but now she is reportedly being threatened with expulsion for her ongoing refusal to submit to the creepy surveillance. This week the Rutherford Institute, a Virginia-based nonprofit that specializes in civil rights representation, reports that officials with the Northside Independent School District have informed Hernandez that she will be “withdrawn” from John Jay High starting Nov. 26 if she continues to protest the tracking program. Now the Rutherford Institute says their attorneys “are preparing to seek immediate judicial intervention to ensure that Andrea is not removed from her school as a result of adhering to her religious beliefs and refusing to express approval of the Project.”

“There is something fundamentally disturbing about this school district’s insistence on steamrolling students into complying with programs that have nothing whatsoever to do with academic priorities and everything to do with fattening school coffers,” says John W. Whitehead, president of The Rutherford Institute. “By virtue of the First Amendment, students in our society are at liberty to conscientiously choose which governmental programs they will support and which they will oppose. It’s a sad day in America when school officials deny someone an education simply because she stands up for what she believes in.”

As Hernandez’s efforts to voice her opposition snowballed, the school initially budged and told her they’d be alright with her wearing a badge that was not equipped with a RFID chip but still contained a barcode that educators could use to keep track of her. Not only did she decline that offer, but the Rutherford Institute says she has been prevented from distributing flyers to her fellow students explaining her grievances.

“What we’re teaching kids is that they live in a total surveillance state and if they do not comply, they will be punished,” Whitehead tells the Infowars website this week. “There has to be a point at which schools have to show valid reasons why they’re doing this.”

The girl’s father, Steve Hernandez, told WND earlier this year that the school was somewhat willing to work with his daughter, but said that the family is unwilling to “agree to stop criticizing the program” and publically endorse it.

“I told him that was unacceptable because it would imply an endorsement of the district’s policy and my daughter and I should not have to give up our constitutional rights to speak out against a program that we feel is wrong,” Mr. Hernandez said.

Should the school keep good on their promise to expel Hernandez next week, she is likely to transfer to William Howard Taft High School around 10 miles away where students aren’t subjected to a tracking program. The Rutherford Institute says they will immediately seek a preliminary injunction against the district to prevent her from being transferred if they need to.

Individualized Medicine: FDA Approved Ingestible Microchip Tracking Device

The Food and Drug Administration has approved an ingestible digital senor that can track physical health with the assertion that patients are not taking their medication regularly and need a tracking device inside their body to assist them in their medical care. The mainstream medical industry has a term for this new type of spying: individualized medicine.

Proteus Digital Health (PDH) released the Ingestion Event Marker (IEM) which was first approved in Europe. George Savage, co-founder and chief medical officer at PDH claims that this ushers in a new era of digital medicine that “shifts the paradigm.”

The IEM, as small as a grain of sand, can be embedded in a pill, and ingested to monitor the patient and their bodily health. The device will collect measurements such as heart rate, body position and activity. The IEM sends a signal to your smartphone; which then transmits the data to your doctor. Actual real time data about your biological make-up can be uploaded wirelessly.

Eric Topol, geneticist and cardiologist, is a professor of genomics at the globalist funded Scripps Research Institute, happily says: “The FDA validation represents a major milestone in digital medicine.

Directly digitizing pills, for the first time, in conjunction with our wireless infrastructure, may prove to be the new standard for influencing medication adherence and significantly aid chronic disease management.”

The transhumanists at 2045 Initiative support the IEM. They are a group of Russian scientists who are working toward the “realization of the possibility of a radical extension of human life by means of cybernetic technology” with the directed point of blending humanity with a “new culture” based on science.

By working with international scientists, they are exploring anthropomorphic robotics (the integration of man and machine) while modeling living systems and brain functions with artificial carriers to achieve cybernetic immortality.

The Elite are researching the possibility that become immortal may mean joining their minds with computers to be able to live forever.

The US government, always looking for new ways to manipulate, has been pouring funds into implantable microchips that could monitor soldiers and the battlefield conditions effect on their bodies.

Through brain implants , ingested in an aspirin, the electrodes “listen” to brain activity and sometimes stimulate activity to “inspire” an action or emotion. By tuning into the activity of the human brain by monitoring neurons the scientists can decipher thoughts and implant suggestions with ease.

At the Duke Neurogenetics department in Duke University Medical Center, undergraduate students are conducting experiments to gather information on people through brain scans, psychological tests and genetic markers. This study is led by Professor Ahmed Hariri, hopes to unlock the mysteries of a person’s innate propensity toward anxiety, alcoholism, and other defining psychological traits.

The drug corporations are currently developing pharmacological substitutes to block and break people’s addictive propensities as aids to psychological treatments. The goal is to create a comprehensive genetic test for the mind.

As pharmaceutical corporations turn their attention toward manufacturing bio-electronics , conventional medicine is being phased out. Treatment will consist of electrical signaling, monitoring of the body by implants that can transmit massive amounts of data, both physical and neurological, but also administer drugs without the necessity of the patient being involved. Basically, you will not need to swallow a pill; the pill will be administered to you by an implanted electronic device.

Millions and millions of dollars are being spent to move our healthcare toward microchip implants that also control your brain in the name of curing neurological diseases in an endless barrage of technology that could quite simply change the way we think.

Epilepsy, diabetes, and obesity can be controlled by the globalist healthcare system with the “electronic impulses in the brain rather than pills or injections.” Electrical signals will control organ function (or failure) under the cover of less necessity for surgery or pill dependence.

Under the thumb of GlaxoSmithKline, head researcher Moncer Slaouni states the “challenge is to integrate the work – in brain-computer interfaces, materials science, nanotechnology, micro-power generation – to provide therapeutic benefit.”

In laboratory tests, rats have responded according to plan; showing that the neural microchip implant transferred information to the rat’s brain. When damaged, the microchip enabled the rat to perform functions that they could not do without the implant.

Intel has produced microchips that will collaborate with the human brain with computers and cell phones by 2020. By harnessing brainwaves a computer, keyboard, television and cell phones can be controlled and operated.

Computer giant IBM has researchers studying how the brainwaves adjust to the frequency of the electronic device within their vicinity to prefect the science of bioinformatics that will read brain activity in analyzing facial recognition, facial emotional responses and thought patterns for the “benefit” of technology.

Addiction Vaccines: Scientists Use Human Experimentation to Advance Transhumanist Agenda

In the effort of the global Elite to rewire human DNA and alter the very structure of our genome, vaccines designed to alter our brain functions have emerged into the mainstream medical community.

The transhumanist agenda seeks to:

  • Control who has the right to life through the application of eugenics
  •  Control reproduction of the general population with sterilization campaigns, contraception and abortion
  • Identify disabilities that can be “enhanced” with implants, prosthetics, RFID chips genetic engineering and modifications
  •  Scientific-based experimentation into life-extension therapies
  • Rewiring of the brain with pharmaceuticals, psychoactive drugs and RFID chips

Organizations like Humanity+ seeks “the continuation and acceleration of the evolution of intelligent life beyond its currently human form and human limitations by means of science and technology, guided by life-promoting principles and values.”

They are “an international nonprofit membership organization which advocates the ethical use of technology to expand human capacities.”

In their Transhumanist Declaration , they assert:

  • Using technology to “broaden human potential” by overcoming aging and “cognitive shortcomings”
  • Provide forums where globalist scientist and researchers can “deliberate how [to enhance humanity through science] to expedite beneficial applications”
  • Facilitate “social order, improve human foresight and wisdom” through genetic enhancement
  • Influence policymakers to include the transhumanist “responsible and moral vision”

Through funding research and development, they move toward improving on humanity intellectually and culturally by utilizing technology to enhance cognitive and physical capacities. In a posthuman world, when science has enhanced humanity, intelligence will be enhanced by augmentations to the biological human.

One way to usher in the era of Transhumanity is to curb addictions such as smoking. Globalist scientists like Dr. Kim D. Janda, professor at the Scripps Research Institute, believes that immunizations against nicotine addiction is “an alternative or better way for some people” as a “system to get people off the drugs.”

Janda’s vaccines cause the immune system to produce antibodies that control the brain’s response to narcotics prior to the onset of addiction. This is based on the hypothesis that addiction causes physical changes in the brain and has spurned medical advocacy for solving America’s drug problems with immunizations.

The “scientific principle” is “simplistically stupid” according to Janda. Vaccines introduce a foreign substance into the blood that coerces the immune system to develop antibodies; however molecules like cocaine, nicotine and methamphetamine are smaller than disease molecules. This means that the immune system ignores them. To ensure the vaccine effects the immune system, a chemical cocktail is used to coerce the production of antibodies. Smugly, Janda claims that this process does not “mess with brain chemistry.”

However Janda says that the vaccine works by “blocking the pleasure centers in the brain” that respond to either the synthetic or actual drug, i.e. nicotine. “These vaccines would be very useful for those weak moments.”

In 2011, Janda’s team successfully produced a vaccine that would blunt the effects of heroin on the brains of rats. However, when introduced in human trials, Janda’s vaccine was no more effective than placebo in forcing people to quit smoking. And even still the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved Janda’s vaccines for use on the general public.

Janda admits that “the big problem plaguing these vaccines right now is difficulty predicting in humans how well it’s going to work.”

The human immune system is extremely complex, which is why animals testing yields incredible results; their genetic constitution is less intricate.

Scientists find that by adding proteins and chemicals to molecules to induce antibody production, they obtain a desired result. Based on addiction as a biological disorder, a vaccine would be a plausible answer.

Dr. Thomas Kosten, former researcher at Yale School of Medicine, conducted a study that focused on cocaine abusers and developing a vaccine to control pleasure center in the brain; much like Janda’s work.

The experiments conducted by Kosten yielded surprising results; over half of the participants in the study reduced their cocaine use after 24 weeks. Kosten was less than thrilled with the facts behind his findings: “The vaccine doesn’t get you new friends, change your depression, get you out of jail, or all the other things that people have trouble with. People could conceivably be on it for the rest of their life if they can’t get it together.”

Dr. Chris Lowry with Bristol University began experimenting with a mycobacterium vaccae (M. vaccae), a treatment for lung cancer because some patients displayed improvement in mental health and cognitive function. Lowry concluded that the injection triggered as increase in serotonin.

Research mice became less stressed because, Lowry supposed M. vaccae, a molecular neurotransmitter caused a rise in the level of cytokines which boosts the immune system and subsequently effects brain function.

In this context, a vaccine could be used to treat clinical depression. And while levels of depressive disorders become more prevalent, the urge to vaccinate the public as a proactive measure would fall under the hygiene hypothesis; which asserts that childhood exposure to harmless bugs leads to improperly primed immune systems. Under this justification, a vaccine for depression could be added to the schedule of immunizations children receive at their pediatrician’s office before the age of two.

The human immune system, when allowed to properly develop, is classified as antigen-specific and has adapted to the infectious challenges in the natural world for millions of years without the aid of synthetic medications and immunizations to “aid” in immunity.

Vaccines replace natural immunity and alter brain function. The assault on children, as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) says that 60 vaccines must be administered before the age of 6. The majority of these vaccines contain exorbitant amounts of aluminum that inhibit the brain’s ability to develop and ultimately function properly.

Other dangerous and inherently toxic adjuvants in vaccines include: aluminum, mineral oil, detergent stabilized squalene-in-water, pertactin, formaldehyde, viral DNA, phosphate.

Yet, globalists are not satisfied with simply altering brain functions to control undesirable behavior in the general public. They are actively seeking through scientific technologies to prevent drug abusers from using illegal substances by inhibiting the receptors in the brain that cause pleasure. But they have not changed the cause of the problem, which is the state of despair from economic destruction, poor living conditions and constant stress of being exposed to multiple levels of the Dephi Technique as a societal regulator.

The continued experimentation on the world’s populations by the pharmaceutical corporations are furthering the Transhumanist agenda. With an endless supply of scientists at the globalist universities, and average citizens willing to answer their problems with the latest drug prescribed by their doctor or psychologist, there will be no end to the trial and error.

We have become the willing Guinea pigs of the global Elite.

Globalists Blame Financial Crisis of 2008 to Usher in One World Currency

The efforts of the Global Elite are to enable an environmentally-based economy within a one world government. This includes replacing the currency and economic structures in place.

The Royal Canadian Mint (RCM) has announced that they will stop printing pennies. The RCM have unveiled a digital RFID-chip based currency that can be loaded up, stored and spent in-store and online.

The RCM calls this currency MintChip; which will be a virtual payment method accessible through microchips, microSD cards and USB sticks.

This RFID-chip currency is collaboration with the US corporations and research and development outfits. Ian Bennett, president and CEO of the Mint explains: “As part of its research and development efforts, the Mint has developed MintChip, which could be characterized as an evolution of physical money, with the added benefits of being electronic.”

The MintChip is still under development, with patents pending and prototypes being studied. The creation and perfection of the technology must be useable with American markets.

Paul Solman , correspondent for the PBS NewsHour purveys the positive propaganda of one world currency by asserting that: “Ah, the dream: one world, one economy, one currency — and, of course, one global political system . . . a common currency means a common economic policy . . .”

The United Future World Currency is a foundation nearly 2 decades old that seeks to “bring to life the project for a common currency” once defined as the Euro. They are committed to bringing awareness to the necessity of global currency.

Organizations like this serve to make the idea of a global currency more palatable to the general public. Simultaneously, nations like China are pushing against the US dollar being the global reserve currency as the Federal Reserve continues to inflate the US dollar which debases its worth.

The Institute of International Finance (IIF), a group of technocrats that represent 420 banking cartels and financing houses have joined the cry for a one world currency.

Charles Dallara, managing director of the IIF, said: “A core group of the world’s leading economies need to come together and hammer out an understanding. The narrowly focused unilateral and bilateral policy actions seen in recent months – including many proposed and actual measures on trade, currency intervention and monetary policy – have contributed to worsening underlying macroeconomic imbalances. They have also led to growing protectionist pressures as countries scramble for export markets as a source of growth.”

The UN’s call for one world currency is contained in their report entitled, United Nations: Economic and Social Survey 2010. The UN asserted that the US dollar must be replaced by a new one-world currency issued by the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

The IMF’s suggestion is the Bancor, which was the supranational currency invention of John Maynard Keynes. When Keynes headed the World Banking Commission, he was integral in the creation of the IMF. However, its rise to power was halted at the Bretton Woods Conference where the US prevailed in establishing the US dollar as the global reserve currency.

In response to the Global Market Crash of 2008, Zhou Xiaochuan, the governor of the People’s Bank of China, revived the ideal of the Bancor by demanding that the IMF have special drawing rights (SDRs). Xiaochuan contented that national currencies were counter-productive to the global markets and that domestic monetary policy must not override international necessities.

The UN published a report following the financial crisis in 2008 entitled, The Commission of Experts of the President of the UN General Assembly on Reforms of the International Monetary and Financial System wherein they created a commission to “restore global economic stability”.

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon affirmed that a one-world currency would “bridge the old North-South divide” and that the UN’s “monetary vision” if properly implemented would be a “path out of our current predicament.”

In a report published in 2010, the IMF stated that the Bancor should be established and administered as the one-world currency. To go along with the one-world currency, the IMF advises the establishment of a one-world bank; who would also have issuance rights as the Federal Reserve Bank does within the US.

The IMF report states: “The global central bank could serve as a lender of last resort, providing needed systemic liquidity in the event of adverse shocks and more automatically than at present. Such liquidity was provided in the most recent crisis mainly by the U.S. Federal Reserve, which however may not always provide such liquidity.”

The advent of a global currency, if allowed to happen will be controlled by the UN, as the IMF is an arm of the globalist Elite front.

Simply put, this demand is a call for economic control by the international community for the express purpose of ensuring that the future of all sovereign nations eventually fall victim to the coming global governance.
