“Highly Suspicious” Saudi Civil Defense trucks spotted on Texas highway

A very concerned All News Pipeline reader just sent us the pictures seen above showing a pair of Saudi Arabian ‘Civil Defense’ trucks on a flatbed trailer deep in the heart of Texas. According to our reader, he saw three flatbeds, each of them with two of these vehicles upon them, just the latest strange sightings of foreign military vehicles on American soil and in ‘Jade Helm 15’ Texas at that. These were seen traveling southbound on I-45 just north of Houston, Texas.
Foreign militaries on US soil, however, aren’t the only highly suspicious events we’ve been watching unfold in America as for some reason, MANY Wal Marts across the country, specifically in the south and the midwest, have been being evacuated for hours at a time, and to some people who are paying attention, these evacuations just don’t make a whole lot of sense. The 1st video below fromHollywood Joe Tussing adds more mystery to the mix as a massive barge of military vehicles is unloaded in Texas while a Las Vegasmilitary convoy has a blackhawk chopper escort. His warning shortly after the 50 second mark that martial law signs were spotted making their way to Texas has not been confirmed by All News Pipeline.

Between the years of 2008 to 2014, Wal Mart stores across the nation were evacuated a total of approx 16 times according to the interesting new 2nd video below from Professor Doom1; during the first 5 months and 10 days of 2015 alone, Wal Mart evacuations have occurred AT LEAST 30 times across the nation as proven in this 1st video and the story links at the bottom of the page for those who want to check these out themselves. This is not a ‘conspiracy theory’, all of these Wal Marts needing several hour evacuations as outlined by Doom, but a coincidence, or so it seems.

Our videographer tells us that in making this video, he is not stating as fact that even one of these evacuations is for nefarious purposes. He is, however stating that HE believes that AT LEAST 20 of them ARE, but has no proof. Yesterday, a Wal Mart in Alabama was evacuated for 4 hours and federal agencies were involved in the ‘pursuit’ of a man who allegedly stole a car. Just a coincidence, or something more? Police believe that the fact that at least 30 Wal Mart stores in 13 different states have had bomb threats called in is not just a coincidence and believe they are connected.

After receiving the pictures above from the ANP reader in Texas, we decided to do a Google image search of this graphic seen on the front door of the truck; in doing so, we have positively determined that these vehicles are part of Saudi Arabia’s civil defense as seen in screenshot of story below right. What these trucks are doing in the heart of Texas is a different story and one I’m sure we won’t get a satisfactory answer from the govt nor MSM about. Back in 2013 a local Texas outlet ran a story called “Texas Is On Its Way To Being ‘Saudi Texas.'” Did they know something that we should know?

This 1st video is from Hollywood Joe Tussing and he shares with us some startling news at the 50 second mark; this is, however, unconfirmed news and as with all reports on the internet (and TV news for that matter!), attempt to seek confirmation of everything before buying completely. In speaking with the videographer I was told he is attempting to acquire pictures of martial law signs but as of this moment, has been unable to do so.

Discovery of unmarked military base in Las Vegas sparks concerns over martial law coming to America

For many, the discovery of yet another military base in Las Vegas has become another sign of martial law preparation in America. A car dealership has been turned into a massive military base, complete with the kind of machinery better prepared for use in Iraq or Afghanistan than America. With a potential FEMA death camp being discovered in nearby Arizona and FEMA camp delivery trucks being spotted on the roadways in nearby New Mexico, it seems that America is reaching ‘the point of no return’. A stockpile of military vehicles were recently discovered occupying a secluded commercial property on the outskirts of Las Vegas at the address of 5750 Sky Pointe Dr.

It doesn’t seem as if the Humvees and other military-grade vehicles are for sale, even though they are stationed at a former car dealership that has been stripped of its business logo and signs.

It would appear as if the equipment is deliberately being hidden from the public on this secluded property surrounded by barbed-wire fences.

The front of the building, which can be seen while driving north on US Highway 95 while departing from Vegas, or from the upscale Painted Desert Mall on the other side of the freeway, is littered with pedestrian vehicles.

After closer investigation, it was clear that the former United Dodge dealership is some sort of military station, judging from the soldiers on the property all dressed and outfitted in army fatigues. However, there is no clear indication or signage posted certifying that it is a United States military base.

One eighteen-year-old boy named Jonathan who lives in the area proclaimed “The military [has] been there for six months now.” His friends added, “We think it is a secret undercover operation or military base.”

Commenting on the video, Youtube user D Whaley asserted that he was “not surprised by this video at all”, it is “happening in all major cities in preparation for martial law”.

US police establish ‘unconstitutional’ checkpoints in Austin, TX

According to eyewitness reports, US police together with the Transportation Security Agency (TSA) establihsed random checkpoints on the road outside Austin-Bergstrom International Airport early Monday morning. The reports come amid other rather scandalous appearances of TSA all over the US. During the past few months such checkpoints encroaching on Americans’ constitutional rights emerged at train stations, sporting events, concerts, and even shopping malls.

Not content with treating people like prisoners in the nation’s airports, the TSA is rapidly expanding its operations with random spot checks. This is in full evidence in Austin, Texas, as people travelling to or from Austin airport were treated to random checks at the hands of agents and drug sniffing dogs.

“The security at airports has increased so the bad guys are now traveling on the trains and buses,” said TSA official George Robinson. Of course, no “bad guys” were actually discovered. In fact nothing was discovered, other than a few disgruntled travellers who did not appreciate the government rifling through their bags.

“These facilities are not necessarily protected as well,” Robinson added, noting “We do impromptu visits at locations throughout the country.”

The random checks are labeled as “voluntary”, purely because if they were anything but, they would be unconstitutional, violating the Fourth Amendment, which protects against unreasonable searches.

In May, the TSA was seeking permission from the Office of Management and Budget to conduct “security assessments” on highways as well as at 140 other public transportation hubs, including bus depots and train stations.

Since then, the TSA has expanded outside of airports, and is now in the process of transforming itself into a security force that will have a presence at virtually every major public venue, from sports events, to political functions, to music concerts.

Last year, the TSA was responsible for over 9,000 checkpoints across the United States, a number set to increase thanks to the agency’s bloated budget and its expansion beyond anything vaguely related to transportation.

Since its inception in the US after 9/11, the TSA has grown in size exponentially. The agency was slammed in a recent congressional report for wasting hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars on security theater.

One such checkpoint involving TSA agents took place last year in Tennessee, where Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response (VIPR) teams checked trucks at five weigh stations and two bus stations in the state, as well as making trucks pass through x-ray scanners. TSA officials also used the checkpoint to try and recruit truck drivers to become citizen snitches under the First Observer Highway Security Program.

US army helicopters spotted in the skies of Downtown Chicago

Following recent and unannounced training exercises in Florida and Washington state, the US military is conducting a drill in Chicago. The drill comes just after US police together with the Transportation Security Agency (TSA) established largely unconstitutional random checkpointson the road outside Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Earlier this year, Nashua, NH, residents witnessed armored vehicles patrolling the streets of their usually peaceful town and blogger Pamela Rae Schuffert reported getting numerous phone calls from West Virginia, Florida, and Georgia regarding military transport jets landing in numerous cities across the country. What is America preparing for?

The Windy City’s Office of Emergency Management and Communications (OEMC) told the Chicago Tribune on Tuesday it is providing support for “routine military training exercises,” including flying helicopters in the downtown area of the city at night.

However, it seems that the official statement didn’t calm down Chicago citizens as plenty of people took to Twitter about what they saw or heard.

Many were claiming that “it’s been an all-night invasion.”

One woman shared her rage onFacebook: “Blackhawk helicopters flying over my condo in the Loop, and all news stations are covering the royal birth, what’s up?”

In July, a similar army exercise was conducted in Port Angeles, Washington, that turned the small city into a simulated war zone and terrorized residents. Frightened citizens flooded the police with phone calls complaining about low flying Chinook helicopters.

Resident Richard Lord said he was concerned about the military’s presence over the city and the lack of notification.

“We’re all wondering why we’re being treated this way,” Lord said.

Cherie Kidd, mayor of the Olympic Peninsula city about 60 miles west of Seattle, added that “no one had any warning about the helicopters, no one said anything afterward, and today city officials had to spend hours just trying to find out what had happened – who had invaded Port Angeles.”

FEMA Preparing For Something Major In Region 3 While Nuke’s Transported To S. Carolina

Following the bread crumb trail of FEMA orders, retired State Senator Sheldon R. Songstad of South Dakota State issued an “Emergency Fema Region 3 Alert!!!,” on August 13th. Region three is comprised of; Washington DC, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia. What I find peculiar is just under region 3 is the Carolina’s. As we saw in my recent post Sen Lindsey Graham said on CBS news : He says if there is no U.S. response, Iran will not believe America’s resolve to block Iran from developing nuclear weapons. Graham also says those nuclear weapons in the hands of terrorists could result in a bomb coming to Charleston Harbor.  He says he’s working to convince South Carolinians weary of war that the situations in Syria and Iran are linked. Graham says Syria could destabilize the entire Middle East. We also know that Alex Jones had received special information from what he says is  a very reliable source that  in Texas at Dyess Air Force base, nukes that were secretly being stored there were being shipped to S. Carolina. There was no signature, no paper trail which leads us to believe that if this information is true, that it is being kept secret by the government. Why S. Carolina? What is this meant for, Syria, Russia? Who knows? Are FEMA preparations in connection with this information? If not, what is FEMA preparing for?

Many branches of the government has been preparing for something big for some time now. DHS buying up billions of rounds of ammo, IRS ramping up with AR-15’s, FEMA buying millions of MRE’s, the Center of Disease Control ordered $11 million worth of antibiotics, where are they going? FEMA Region 3. All DHS agents MUST now qualify with sidearm, shotgun and AR 15’s by September 28th. Less lethal qualifications are not mentioned. Has one eye brow raised? The DHS will receive 2800 Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected vehicles (MRAP’s) that must be delivered by October 1st.  All National Guard units will complete their annual two week training in riot control and disaster assistance. All units MUST have their training complete by September 30th. However, the Eastern-based Coast Guard units will not be performing their usual training in the Gulf, this year they will be trained in Virginia and Delaware for 10 days beginning September 26^th.  Coincidentally, the Emergency Broadcast System will begin daily testing beginning on September 25th thru October 2nd. All of this kind of reminds me of the bomb sniffing dogs being trained at the Boston Marathon for the first time ever. FEMA purchase orders deserve a little attention too. They ordered over $14.2 million for MREs and heater meals and 22 million pouches of emergency water, to be delivered to Region 3 by October 1st. An additional order of $13.6 million worth of MRE’s and heater meals will be delivered to Austin by October 1st.  Over 300 school systems will be issued a 3 day emergency kit for each student in September.  If all this information is accurate, we are on the doorstep of whatever these preparations are for which Oct. 1st seems to be the deadline.

Homeland Security Requests Russian KGB Troops On US Soil

The Department of Homeland Security may have entered into an agreement that would allow it to bring 15,000 Russian troops to U.S. soil.

A report posted on the reagancoalition.com website states that the Russian Emergencies Ministry just completed talks with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. The talks included an agreement that would allow Homeland Security and the Federal Emergency Management Agency, or FEMA, to borrow 15,000 troops from Russia in disaster situations. The report stated that the troops would be used for disaster relief and crowd control.

FEMA and the Emergencies Ministry have been holding talks about dealing with threats from space, such as meteorites and asteroid impacts. The two organizations have also been discussing means of responding to disasters such as extreme weather.

Threats from Space

Interestingly enough, the focus of talks completed in Washington on June 26 and covered in Russian but not American media was “threats from space.” Other than meteorites, the nature of such threats was not discussed.

The Russian troops would apparently work directly with U.S. military forces and law enforcement. Their purpose would probably to be to restore order after some sort of catastrophe. The Reagan Coalition piece suggested that the troops had been requested by Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and that they would be posted in FEMA Region III which includes the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, and Virginia.

So what would be the purpose of those troops, and how would they be used? The news sources don’t say, but here is a frightening thought: The troops being requested are not the Russian Army; instead, they are the KGB.

KGB on American Soil

The troops would probably be part of the paramilitary forces of the Federal Protective Service, or FPS, the Russian organization known as the KGB during Soviet times. Like the KGB and the Nazi SS, the FPS has its own troops, including the Kremlin Regiment, which is responsible for order in Moscow.

These troops are equipped and trained like soldiers, but they’re policemen, not soldiers. The idea was to have a paramilitary force that could be used against rebellious citizens. In Russia, such forces are sometimes euphemistically called “border troops.”

One has to wonder how KGB troops are supposed to deal with a disaster. Other than providing security, which would include shooting down protestors, there’s little they can do. Reports that they would provide crowd control are particularly bothersome because the Russian idea of crowd control is driving over the crowd with a tank.

National Special Security Events

A report by Paul Joseph Watson at Red Flag News states that the troops would provide security at mass events. It didn’t state what the mass events would be. Watson speculated they could include the Super Bowl, presidential inaugurations, and summit meetings such as the G8.

This could be part of a counterterrorism program or a plan to control protestors and civil disobedience. Perhaps the Obama administration is afraid of a repeat of something like the Occupy movement.

This is rather bothersome, and it’s of dubious legality because the Posse Comitatus Act passed after the Civil War makes it illegal for the federal government to deploy troops against citizens. It should be noted that the federal government has violated that act before, most notably during World War II, when army troops were used to round up Japanese Americans and place them in “concentration camps” by the Franklin Roosevelt administration. Troops were also used against Native Americans, union members, and even protestors during the Vietnam War.

So What Is Going on Here?

These reports are hard to figure out because few details about the Russian troops are available. Although, one reason why Homeland Security might want Russian FSP troops is that they are theoretically civilians and therefore are not bound by the Posse Comitatus Act. The government could use the fiction that they are policemen and not soldiers to justify their presence.

Yet the reason for these negotiations and this action has not been revealed. One possibility could be that the federal government thinks that some sort of massive catastrophe is about to befall the United States or the world. What that catastrophe could be has not been revealed.

It is hard to believe that there’s a giant meteor, asteroid, or comet headed for the Earth that we don’t know about; unless, of course, such a cosmic event is being covered up to prevent mass panic. There’s also the exotic possibility of alien invasion, but we’ll leave that to the realm of science fiction.

Is Some Sort of Massive Catastrophe Coming?

The Obama administration might also think that global warming is about to cause extreme weather and other natural catastrophes that might make large areas of the United States ungovernable. Obviously, they might not want the public to know about such a possibility in order to prevent mass panic.

Yet another possibility would be some sort of economic upheaval such as a depression. A depression in the 1890s led to rioting, strikes, and massive labor unrest. The government could expect such unrest and is afraid that its military forces might be unable to deal with it.

One really disturbing scenario is that the elite wants to protect itself from civil unrest and might not believe U.S. troops would do the job; i.e., they want to protect Wall Street, Beverly Hills, and Georgetown from the rioting mobs but don’t trust U.S. troops to shoot down rioting Americans. Russian soldiers would have no such qualms, especially if they were paid some sort of cash bonus by the investment bankers.

If such a catastrophe is coming, it would be a good idea to be prepared for it. Unfortunately, most Americans are not prepared for it; even many preppers are not very well prepared.

We live, it seems, in interesting times. If these reports are true, expect to hear a lot more of this, especially if Congress starts asking questions about it. Something very strange is going on here, and we should definitely take notice of it.

BREAKING: Strange UN Planes Landing At US Air Force Bases

There have been multiple civilian sightings of strange planes landing at American Air Force bases, all carrying UN troops and/or having UN markings (or none). My husband, a Vietnam vet, has been back and forth to Overton-Brooks VA Medical Hospital three times a week this month. Barksdale Air Force Base, one of the most secure Strategic Air Command (SAC) bases in the nation, has had unusual C-130s or C-136s fly into Barksdale AFB and land at all hours. The interstate runs in front of the side and front of the base and is clearly visible with no restraints. (Barksdale is where President George W. Bush landed on 9/11, it is such a safe, secure, and well-guarded installation.) These flights have been reported by other citizens and several of the military men who work inside the base have reported that the UN troops are given US military clothing and name tags. When our servicemen question this, the soldiers are told they did NOT see what they just saw. Base operations refused to confirm or deny or discuss these sightings.

Lately, rumors and reports regarding the presence of foreign troops in the US working with our armed forces have been hitting public awareness. Originally government sources denied these reports, but now official reports are confirming what eye witnesses had been reporting. (www.SaveAmericaFoundation.com) Russia herself confirms that the Obama administration has requested 15,000 Russian troops to train with FEMA in the event of a SHTF scenario, particularly in the Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia area.

The question is why? It appears that foreign troops are working with US troops, practicing on urban warfare, civil unrest, and civil disturbance scenarios. In Colorado, rumors of Russian troops practicing to deal with terrorist raids and martial law scenarios have been proven correct by our own US armed forces. Peterson AFB in Colorado is another base being used.

They have no constitutional right to interfere in the internal events of our country.

NATO and the UN have the same goal, mission, and function: to subvert the sovereignty of the United States and the rest of the world, turning us all into a fascist worldwide state. Our government officials have proven time and again here lately that they are not to be trusted. Congress is nothing more than a rubber stamp for what the administration wants, not the representative body of the citizenry as it should be.

Why is this important? Because it raises serious questions about what our government believes about the fundamentals of our human reality. Personally, I do not believe in UFOs or zombies and neither does anyone in the federal government. It is quite likely that our government has a created a bio-chemical weapon that can induce zombie-like behaviors in humans and therefore assist in a mass murder event to promote global depopulation without taking the blame. In fact Dr. Steven Schlozman, Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School has made public statements stating how a contagion event could result in a zombie apocalypse. But because of government/elitist propaganda in the media and Hollywood, millions of people will accept it as a zombie event from aliens rather than a chemical weapon attack by other humans. The UFO piece of the propaganda is to induce the public to accept the depopulation event as a “culling” of the human herd by a “higher intelligence” life form that has been watching earth. These alleged UFO aliens will be executing judgment as they see fit because they feel that we are destroying our earth and therefore many of us need to die in order “re-balance” nature. This is the emerging earth-worship religion combined with the new UFO-alien/ufology religion. Both are promoted by the elite who have take over our government and feed this propaganda to us through popular culture movies and video games.  Of course, these are silly stories, but through the use of technology, media, science, and even holograms, it will be possible for world governments to convince large sectors of the general public that these events are real. My position is and always has been that these events are HUMAN CONSPIRACIES. The fact that the federal government is actually noting these events on official websites and generating events for drills in response for these events is an indication that they are ready to move. These events will cause global chaos to which the only solution proposed by the elite will of course be global government. In the bigger picture, these events will be used to justify the final surrender of our national sovereignty as the dictators of the earth including Obama claim we must form a global government to combat this alien invasion. Yes, it is insane, but then the elite of this earth are insane people. Surrendering our national sovereignty will conveniently include paying global taxes and forming a global army. One reason they believe this will work is because  they want to convince religious people that these UFOs are the ‘messiah’ event long awaited. I can agree with the elite on one thing, this FEMA event of their is certainly a sign of the times.

Another Massive Military ‘Training Drill’ Involving Helicopters Spotted in Houston, Texas — Watch the Raw Footage

Following reports of a military exercise occurring in Miami this week, KTRK-TV shot video of military-style helicopters roaming the skies in Houston, Texas. There have also been several reports of gunfire in the area.

The U.S. Army tells KTRK-TV that they are overseeing a “multi-agency training drill” at the old Carnegie High School on Houston’s south side. There were reportedly armed men in fatigues, a lot of firearms and what many believed were real live rounds.

The Army did not give any additional details regarding what the training is all about or why it is being conducted in Houston.

One local resident, Frances Jerrals, didn’t understand what was happening when she saw military helicopters flying over her southeast Houston neighborhood.

“When you see this, you think the worst. When you hear this, you think the worst,” Jerrals told KTRK-TV.

“I felt like I was in a war zone…It was nonstop. I was terrified,” she added.

Another resident said the Army should do a better job of alerting the locals before they conduct such an alarming training drill.

A statement from police in Miami-Dade County argued the training exercise in Miami was “routine” and “designed to ensure the military’s ability to operate in urban environments, prepare forces for upcoming overseas deployments and meet mandatory certification requirement.”

Obama Administration Repositioning Homeland Security Ammunition Containers

The containers (like those pictured) are usually painted olive drab and are unmarked except for indistinguishable numbers/letters probably for inventory, routing, etc.

Jim – I passed a convoy of olive drab unmarked 40 foot tractor trailers each with four 10 yard ammo bunker boxes chained to them and unmarked armored Hum-Vee’s heading north on I-95 in Brevard County, Florida this past Thursday morning. The “govt” is positioning these ammo storage boxes, I have been told, in strategic places in population centers around the country. They are usually painted olive drab and are unmarked except for indistinguishable numbers/letters probably for inventory, routing, etc.

Obama’s Homeland Security Department has purchased 1.4 billion rounds of ammunition – that is not a typo — during the last six months.

ATK is one company that won a contract with the Department of Homeland Security to provide 450 million rounds of .40 caliber ammunition in 2012.

Previously it was reported that people around the US have begun reporting the site of strange, new, heavily-armed FEMA fighting vehicles this past year.

One set of images made available by Rense.com shows trailer after trailer carrying these new DHS and FEMA armored fighting vehicles, complete with machine gun slots. They’re labeled with the usual backward American flag and the title, ‘Homeland Security’. Below that and the DHS logo, it also reads, ‘Immigration & Customs Enforcement’. Joining those markings, the black vehicles with white lettering also display ‘POLICE/RESCUE’ on one side and ‘Special Response Team’ on the other.

As we detailed in the August 28 Whiteout Press article ‘History of DHS Ammunition Purchases’, federal emergency management agencies are looking more and more like a military army every day.

The federal government’s procurement website actually lists DHS’ requests for bids to supply it with ammunition and military weaponry. All of the orders listed in the above article, including the orders for hundreds of millions of rounds of ammunition, are publicly available at http://www.fbo.gov.

One look at a chart of DHS ammunition purchases over the past decade reveals a drastic spike in orders of bullets recently, totaling in the billions of rounds. Other charts available online show a similar drastic spike in the purchases of accompanying weaponry by the Department of Homeland Security.

What is the US federal government preparing for? And why does it feel it needs an army of brainwashed youth, millions of guns, thousands of armored fighting vehicles and literally billions of rounds of ammunition, just to provide relief to the American people during a natural disaster? Any historian will tell you it sounds more like the arming of the Hitler Youth than an army of first responders fighting forest fires and hurricanes.

“Obama’s The Second Coming”: Inauguration Ceremony Will Immortalize Obama Presidency

For his “second coming” Obama has created the “citizen co-chairs” role for his inaugural ceremony this week. Those selected will be tasked to sing his praises and highlight the “accomplishments with examples of lives that have either been improved by his actions or inspired his presidency.”

Among the chosen are:

• A woman denied care who will be “cured” thanks to Obamacare
• A woman who got her job back after General Motors was purchased by the Obama administration
• A homosexual pilot kicked out of the armed forces before Obama repealed the “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy
• Corporate-business owner who benefits from Obama’s wind energy tax credit
• Victims of natural disasters helped by AmeriCorps
• US veteran, bomb expert and quadriplegic who served in Afghanistan
• Single mother benefiting from socialized programs supported by Obama

Obama wants to “showcase his administration’s core values through real-life examples that people across the country can relate to.”

At the swearing in, there will be 13,000 military and police officers securing the National Mall.

Obama said that “inaugurations . . . [are] about coming together to make our country a better place.”

The president called for participation in the National Day of Service this past weekend. The day when Obama expected all Americans to serve their communities to honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Those part of the administration were assigned to clean parks and school grounds; serve food to the needy; mentorships in Boston; help those affected by Hurricane Sandy.

The theme of the inauguration is “Our People: Our Future” which was inspired, according to Obama “by [the] determination, grit and resilience of the American people. The stories of these extraordinary men and women highlight both the progress we’ve made and how much we have left to do. They remind us that when we live up to the example set by the American people, there is no limit to how bright our future can be.”

Vice President Joe Biden and his wife Jill spoke from a tent on the National Mall, to encourage American citizens doing their part for communitarianism. Jill Biden said: “Those who serve our men and women in uniform, our wounded warriors, our veterans and our first responders – they give so much of themselves – and for us, it’s our obligation to give back. I hope this is just the first of many of the days that you all volunteer this year and serve your community and our country is something we can do every day all the time for the rest of our lives.”

United We Serve (UWS) is Obama’s call for a nationwide citizen participation in an initiative where volunteers help “to build a new foundation for economic growth in America.” UWS is an outreach of the Corporation for National & Community Service (CNCA) which “is a federal agency that engages more than 4 million Americans in service through Senior Corps, AmeriCorps, and the Social Innovation Fund, and leads President Obama’s national call to service initiative, United We Serve.”

CNCA supports “the American culture of citizenship, service, and responsibility.” They work with coercing the public to call for “change and champion for the ideal that every American has skills and talents to give.”

During Obama’s first term, he was immortalized as a god and the great authoritarian of America on the cover of mainstream propaganda to keep the ideal alive in the meme spreading across the nation.

The Edward M. Kennedy Serve America Act of 2009 (EKSAA) is the stratagem that is the basis of volunteerism that is government mandated. When Obama signed the EKSAA, he expected Americans to take communitarianism to heart and act accordingly.

Obama said: “We need your service, right now, at this moment in history. . . I’m asking you to stand up and play your part. I’m asking you to help change history’s course. Put your shoulder up against the wheel. And if you do, I promise you – your life will be richer, our country will be stronger, and someday, years from now, you may remember it as the moment when your own story and the American story converged, when they came together, and we met the challenges of our new century.”

In 2009, President Obama said that: “We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we’ve set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.”

Last year, a new class of 231 FEMA Corps members graduated to assist the US government in future disaster preparedness whether state sponsored or natural. These members trained with at the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) and will be leaders at FEMA’s Center for Domestic Preparedness where they will be assigned specific roles ranging from community relations to Disaster Recovery Center support.

The CNCS is a federal agency that “engages more than five million Americans in service through Senior Corps, AmeriCorps, and Learn and Serve America, and leads President Obama’s national call to service initiative, United We Serve.”

They utilize local communities for the sake of public-private partnerships to rework the structure of those communities to serve the needs of the federal government. By implanting pro-government propaganda, using rural resources for the benefit of private sector corporations under the guise of “fostering civic engagement”, the CNCS revisions the American landscape to reflect their agendas as directed by the US government.

A five year strategic plan outlined by the CNCS explains how a network of programs aimed at collaborating 6 areas designated as “priority” is:

• Disaster Services
• Economic Opportunity
• Education
• Environmental Stewardship
• Healthy Futures
• Veterans and Military Families

Obama For America has been given a new name, Organizing For Action, and a new purpose: to preside over former campaign advisers to brainstorm on how to coerce the American public to support Obama’s new policies and administration. OFA was filed as a 501(c)4 type of non-profit which makes it illegal for it to have a political agenda as its purpose. This classification of non-profit is quite lucrative because it is able to operate was a business in that it can sell services or products.
