Giant Foot Print In Africa

This is a really awesome find! Now I don’t believe that it is millions of years old as the article says but that’s a different story. I believe that if this is legitimate that it is a print left behind from the Nephilim. Below in the article they give a Genesis 6 reference but there are more:

Michael Tellinger shows off what could be one of the best pieces of evidence that there were giants on Earth a long, long time ago. Geologists have marveled at this giant foot print in rough granite, about 4 feet long. Some still say that it is a natural erosion pattern.
Personally I find that suggestion highly improbable for various reasons that I will not go into here. Prof. Pieter Wagener from UPE, suggests that “there is a higher probability of little green men arriving from space and licking it out with their tongues, than being created by natural erosion”.

It is located in South Africa, near the town of Mpaluzi, close to the Swaziland border. It is estimated to be between 200 million and 3 Billion years old because of our current understanding of the formation of granites in Earth’s history. This dating immediately causes great debate and argument – so I urge you to keep your mind open and focused on the evidence.

This amazing footprint in granite was discovered in 1912 by a hunter called Stoffel Coetzee, while hunting in the remote area. At the time this was a deeply remote part of South Africa known as the Eastern Transvaal, teeming with wild life, including antelope and lions. It remains in the same condition as it was when first discovered and the possibility that this was a carved hoax is extremely low because of its remote location. Even today, it is difficult to find.

The real mystery is how this amazing phenomenon occurred – I have no idea – but here it is and we cannot wish it away.
YES – It is granite – it is a well recognized geological part of South Africa and recorded on all geological maps – that is why this footprint is such an incredible mystery. It can be described as a “phenocrystic” granite, OR coarse porphyritic granite, that underwent several different stages of cooling. The result being an interesting mixture of large and small granules. This is why granite companies are keen to mine this area for granite because it will look really “pretty” when polished. In the official Geology Of South Africa, this outcrop is called Mpuluzi Batholith (Granite) and the official dating of this rock produced dates of around 3,1 billion years.
A real mystery that needs close scientific examination.

 

IS THERE AN EARTHY EXPLANATION TO THESE LOUD SOUNDS SUPPOSEDLY COMING FROM THE SKY? OR ARE THEY PART OF A LARGER, WORLDWIDE PHENOMENON?

A video uploaded on Thursday, which has already garnered nearly half-a-million views on YouTube and generated multiple conspiracy theories, appears to depict strange noises being emitted from the Canadian sky — however, a city spokesperson says there is a perfectly logical, earthly explanation for what some are calling the “sky trumpets.”

According to CBC News, multiple residents in Terrace, British Columbia were awoken by a loud whining noise which seemed to be falling down from the sky or rising from deep below the earth’s surface.

“It seemed to be coming from the sky or underground, something so loud though. And I believe it was heard in Hazelton, which is close to here, and as far as the Nass,” said Mandi Campbell, who heard the noises Thursday morning.

Some reportedly speculated the odd noise was related to an earthquake. Others thought it may be electromagnetic activity.

But, on Friday afternoon, city spokeswoman Alisa Thompson offered a simpler explanation. According to her, it was a city worker grinding down a blade on a grader.

“The grader blade needed to be straightened. Kind of gets ground down, and it makes a very strange noise. It’s as simple as that,” said Thompson.

“The video, the YouTube video, is actually right around the corner from the arena, and that’s where our employee was doing the straightening,” she continued.

Thompson added that the city will try to replicate the sound later to set conspiracy theories to rest.

However, as The Huffington Post notes, similar noises have been reported in other locations from around the world in the past few years.

In January of 2012, for instance, a radio station received dozens of calls from local residents of North Battleford, Saskatchewan perplexed by a strange noise in the sky. That town was 1,000 miles east of Terrace.

In another video from Conklin, Alberta — again, hundreds of miles from Terrace — similar sounds can be heard with a commenter saying “it sounds like the planet is in pain.”

Even in the U.S., similar videos have been uploaded showing odd noises purportedly coming from the sky.

In Chicago, an uploader described “loud” and “even violent” noises in a video. In Texas, a user described “strange sounds coming from the sky” in a similar incident.

Archaeologists’ Claim: A Piece of Jesus Christ’s Cross Was Potentially Found

Biblical archaeology offers a fascinating lens into the lives of key individuals living during Old and New Testament times. Of late, numerous items have been discovered that are heralded as offering important context to the holy book’s contents. The latest find comes from archaeologists working in Turkey who believe they may have have uncovered the most fascinating relic yet — a piece of Jesus Christ’s cross.

ARCHAEOLOGISTS UNCOVER KING DAVID AND SOLOMON-ERA INSCRIPTION — THE OLDEST TEXT EVER FOUND IN JERUSALEM

Archaeological discoveries have a way of exciting Biblical enthusiasts and history buffs, alike. While some findings seemingly corroborate religious sentiment others offer up new and fascinating information about past cultures and ways of life. Last week, Israeli archaeologists found the earliest sample of written text ever found in Jerusalem.

The piece that was discovered is part of a ceramic necklace jar — one that dates back to the time of Kings David and Solomon, Haaretz reports. The relic was found near the southern wall of the Old City.

It is significant mainly because the text, which is in the Canaanite language, is 250 years older than the earliest known Hebrew writings found in Jerusalem. This latter inscription dates back to the eighth century BC.

Haaretz has more about the nature of the discovery:

The meaning of the inscription is unknown, but it contains eight letters, which could be part of the name of the jar’s owner or a description of its contents. Reading from left to right, the text contains a combination of letters, approximately 2.5 cm tall, which translate to m, q, p, h, n, (possibly) l, and n.

The inscription was engraved near the edge of the jar before it was fired, and only a fragment of it has been found, along with fragments of six large jars of the same type.

Dr. Eilat Mazar is leading the dig, which is being conducted in collaboration with the Hebrew University’s Institute of Archaeology, the Israel Nature and Parks Authority, the Israel Antiquities Authority and the East Jerusalem Development Company.

Did NASA’s Curiosity rover spot a rat on Mars?

A photo from the mast camera on NASA’s Curiosity rover reveals the dusty orange, rock-strewn surface of the Red Planet — and what starry-eyed enthusiasts claim is a dusty orange rodent hiding among the stones.

The photo, taken Sept. 28, 2012, depicts the “Rocknest” site, where NASA’s rover took a scoopful of sand, tasted it, and determined it was full of weathered basaltic materials — not unlike Hawaii, the space agency’s scientists said last year.

No word on how the rodent tasted, however.

The “creature” was identified on the UFO Sightings Daily website, where its finder, ScottCWaring, held tight to his opinion: That’s one darn cute rodent on Mars.

“Note its lighter color upper and lower eyelids, its nose and cheek areas, its ear, its front leg and stomach. Looks similar to a squirrel camouflaged in the stones and sand by its colors,” he wrote. “Hey, who doesn’t love squirrels, right?”

Others pointed out that the similarity in coloring and position mean it was most likely just a rock, fingering the psychology phenomenon known as pareidolia, a propensity to pick out faces from everyday objects and structures.

To take advantage of this psychological phenomenon closer to home, designers at Berlin’s Onformative studio developed an algorithm that scans the surface of the earth with Google Maps, picking out geographical structures that are likely to be construed as having face-like features, science blog iO9 recently pointed out.

Their algorithm found faces in fields, mustaches in mountains, hills with actual eyes.

HAIRY CREATURE SIGHTING DISTURBS CLASSES

Teachers at Mathiba Primary School in Maun had to abruptly end classes last week Friday after students reported seeing a hairy little creature.

Regional Director for North West District in the Ministry of Education and Skills Development, Acro Maseko said that they had to send students back home after Standard 6 and 7 students claimed to have seen ‘a black little hairy creature which resembled a human being.’

The incident which happened  around 12 noon culminated in ten students treated for shock at a local clinic and released the same day.

“We will be holding prayers in the school soon after meeting parents and chiefs but for now we had asked for professional councillors to help. “

Maseko further said that  although teachers did not see anything, students screamed and ran amok while others fainted which made it hard for classes to continue with classes on that day.

“Standard 7 students are about to start exams and events of such nature which spark mass hysteria sometimes happen to them in this area,” a teacher said.

When quizzed about past incidents, Maseko said that he was new in the area and was not familiar with past incidents.

Archaeologists Find Hundreds of Mysterious Metallic Orbs Below Mexico’s ‘Temple of the Feathered Serpent’

Archaeologists exploring tunnels under the Temple of the Feathered Serpent, a pyramid 30 miles from Mexico City, not only found three chambers (when they only expected one), but came across hundreds of mysterious metal spheres with unknown purpose.

According an article on Mexico’s National Institute of Archaeology and History’s website, the unexcavated portion of the tunnel under the temple in Teotihuacan was traversed by an infrared camera-equipped robot – Tlaloc II-TC — that also had the ability to scan the area to generate a 3D picture.

Getting through the tunnel was a challenge with the robot because of its weight and the presence of mud, according to archaeologist Sergio Gómez Chávez. He said the wet conditions were to create a scene like that the Teotihuacanos believed to be similar to the underworld.

With information from the robot, archaeologists were able to find that they need to remove 30 more meters of debris in the tunnel to reach the three chambers.

Two additional chambers that are within the already excavated portion of the tunnel is where archaeologists found the spheres, which they believe were placed inside at the last closing of the tunnel about 1,800 years ago.

“We can not yet establish its role because it is an unprecedented discovery. They should have a sphere, ranging from 4 to 12 inches and have a core of clay with organic matter, then covered them with pyrite, a mineral that underwent a process of oxidation and became jarosite, hence have a tone yellow,” archaeologist Jorge Zavala said, according to the National Institute of Archaeology and History.

Discovery News reported George Cowgill, professor emeritus at Arizona State University who has authored publications on Teotihuacan, saying the spheres in their original condition “would have shown brilliantly.” Still, he said he had no idea what they could mean.

Gómez Chávez said the orbs would have appeared “metallic” at the time due to their properties.

The researchers hope the tunnels and chambers will offer clues about rituals, like burials of important figures, that were conducted in Teotihuacan.

“We believe that high-ranking people, priests or even rulers, went down to the tunnel to perform rituals,” Gómez Chávez to Discovery News. ”Maybe in this place, we will find the remains of those who ruled Teotihuacan.”

Pluto’s “Gate to Hell” uncovered in Turkey

A “gate to hell” has emerged from ruins in southwestern Turkey, Italian archaeologists have announced.

Known as Pluto’s Gate — Ploutonion in Greek, Plutonium in Latin — the cave was celebrated as the portal to the underworld in Greco-Roman mythology and tradition.

Historic sources located the site in the ancient Phrygian city of Hierapolis, now called Pamukkale, and described the opening as filled with lethal mephitic vapors.

“This space is full of a vapor so misty and dense that one can scarcely see the ground. Any animal that passes inside meets instant death,” the Greek geographer Strabo (64/63 BC — about 24 AD) wrote. “I threw in sparrows and they immediately breathed their last and fell,” he added.

Announced this month at a conference on Italian archaeology in Istanbul, Turkey, the finding was made by a team led by Francesco D’Andria, professor of classic archaeology at the University of Salento.

D’Andria has conducted extensive archaeological research at the World Heritage Site of Hierapolis. Two years ago he claimed to discover there the tomb of Saint Philip, one of the 12 apostles of Jesus Christ.

Founded around 190 B.C. by Eumenes II, King of Pergamum (197 B.C.-159 B.C.), Hierapolis was given over to Rome in 133 B.C.

The Hellenistic city grew into a flourishing Roman city, with temples, a theater and popular sacred hot springs, believed to have healing properties.

“We found the Plutonium by reconstructing the route of a thermal spring. Indeed, Pamukkale’ springs, which produce the famous white travertine terraces originate from this cave,” D’Andria told Discovery News.

Featuring a vast array of abandoned broken ruins, possibly the result of earthquakes, the site revealed more ruins once it was excavated. The archaeologists found Ionic semi columns and, on top of them, an inscription with a dedication to the deities of the underworld — Pluto and Kore.

D’Andria also found the remains of a temple, a pool and a series of steps placed above the cave — all matching the descriptions of the site in ancient sources.

“People could watch the sacred rites from these steps, but they could not get to the area near the opening. Only the priests could stand in front of the portal,” D’Andria said.

According to the archaeologist, there was a sort of touristic organization at the site. Small birds were given to pilgrims to test the deadly effects of the cave, while hallucinated priests sacrificed bulls to Pluto.

The ceremony included leading the animals into the cave, and dragging them out dead.

“We could see the cave’s lethal properties during the excavation. Several birds died as they tried to get close to the warm opening, instantly killed by the carbon dioxide fumes,” D’Andria said.

Only the eunuchs of Cybele, an ancient fertility goddess, were able to enter the hell gate without any apparent damage.

“They hold their breath as much as they can,” Strabo wrote, adding that their immunity could have been due to their “menomation,” “divine providence” or “certain physical powers that are antidotes against the vapor.”

According to D’Andria, the site was a famous destination for rites of incubation. Pilgrims took the waters in the pool near the temple, slept not too far from the cave and received visions and prophecies, in a sort of oracle of Delphi effect. Indeed, the fumes coming from the depths of Hierapoli’s phreatic groundwater produced hallucinations.

“This is an exceptional discovery as it confirms and clarifies the information we have from the ancient literary and historic sources,” Alister Filippini, a researcher in Roman history at the Universities of Palermo, Italy, and Cologne, Germany, told Discovery News.

Fully functional until the 4th century AD, and occasionally visited during the following two centuries, the site represented “an important pilgrimage destination for the last pagan intellectuals of the Late Antiquity,” Filippini said.

During the 6th century AD, the Plutonium was obliterated by the Christians. Earthquakes may have then completed the destruction.

D’Andria and his team are now working on the digital reconstruction of the site.

Scientists name new dinosaur found after Obama – Obamadon

Obamadon

Obamadon is an extinct lizard from the Late Cretaceous of North America. Fossils have been found in the Hell Creek Formation of Montana and the Lance Formation of Wyoming. Researchers describe it as being distinguished by its “tall, slender teeth with large central cusps separated from small accessory cusps by lingual grooves.” The type species was named Obamadon gracilis after United States president Barack Obama, “in reference to the tall, straight teeth, and the manner in which Mr. Obama has acted as a role model of good oral hygiene for the world.”  According to Nicholas R. Longrich of Yale University, the creature “was probably a foot long, with these tall, slender teeth it used to eat insects and plant matter.”

The lizard was identified as part of a search of museum collections to find snake and lizard species that had lived immediately prior to the Cretaceous–Paleogene extinction event, in which the dinosaurs (with the exception of birds) died out. Its identification was published by Longrich, Bhullar and Gauthier in a paper titled “Mass extinction of lizards and snakes at the Cretaceous–Paleogene boundary”. The scientists found that lizards and snakes had been more badly hit by the mass extinction than previously thought, with 83 percent of species – including Obamadon – dying out. All present-day species of lizards are descended from members of the surviving 17 percent.

Obamadon is not the first organism to be named after Obama. Other researchers have given his name to Etheostoma obama, the spangled darter or “Obamafish”, and the lichen Caloplaca obamae. Longrich denied any political intent in the nomenclature, telling Politico that “we’re just having fun with taxonomy”, but commented that if the 2012 United States Presidential election had gone a different way he probably would not have used the name, as “it might have seemed like we were mocking it, naming a lizard that goes extinct after that, seemed kind of cruel.”According to Longrich, he came up with the idea after the 2008 election: “when everything was all hope-y and change-y, we said we should name a dinosaur after him and call it the Obamadon.”

One was found in the collections of the University of California Museum of Paleontology after having been collected from the Hell Creek Formation in Montana, and the other collected from the Lance Formation in Wyoming.  Obamadon is estimated to have been about 1 foot in length and may have preyed on insects.

Strange that the dinosaur named after Obama was found in Hell Creek in Montana. Hell Creek? It is no mystery that I AM is at the doors believes that Obama is the Antichrist. The Antichrist is known as the beast, and Satan is known as the dragon and the serpent. Ironically there is a “beast” or serpent/lizard found in “Hell Creek” that is named after Obama. And from a Creek, symbolic comparison to the beast that rises out of the sea? All of this might be a bunch of nothing, but you do have to admit that it is very strange. Everything about this man is strange. How he won the Nobel Peace Prize, Grammy, won a second term as president, what’s up with his birth certificate, what’s up with his SSN, Israel is now giving him a presidential award, his song “Yes we can” you can play backwards and becomes a very Satanic song, the list goes on and on.
